About Simply Wedding
Simply Wedding NL started from a school project and from personal experience. We got married in Newfoundland in 2022 and learnt the challenges that brides have - substantial cost, sending emails to vendors and waiting endlessly for their replies, limited choice of decoration styles...

Nancy studies at Memorial University of Newfoundland and is passionate to improve the wedding business ecosystem in Newfoundland. She applied for Social Venture Incubator program at MUN. The venture idea was selected to be part of the incubator. This is how we started and hoping to make a change in the community, step by step.

Eco-friendly Wedding
Just a single wedding produces 400 lbs of garbage and 63 tons of CO2. By collecting the used decoration items from the community, we share the love within the bridal circle, save the planet, and reduce the financial cost for the couple.

We support and promote eco-wedding. We started collecting decoration items from the community and have it rented out at affordable cost, or reused the used decoration items in the future weddings!
